Being raised by a single mother, where money was a constant struggle, at an early age Wes became passionate about teaching and helping families with their finances. Now, having almost 20 years of experience, Wes specializes in statistical analysis of financial instruments. Wes earned his finance undergraduate degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia and then was selected for the Executive Education Wealth Management Program by The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Wes is also currently studying for his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation from NYU. During college, Wes held 10 internships each at a variety of financial firms, enabling him to acquire a wide range of financial experience and knowledge that he brings to clients today. After college Wes spent three years consulting for financial firms in Philadelphia, New York City, Boston, and Washington, D.C. and then moved onto Wall Street. Wes is now a partner and advisor at Atikan Wealth Partners. With the experience of starting out at the floor of the stock exchange, to consulting for some of the world’s largest financial institutions, Wes brings the team a deep and diverse financial skillset to help clients work toward their investment goals. Wes holds his Series 65, Series 63, Series 7 registrations through LPL Financial.
